In case, you want to play full chords with the left hand, the chords are C major, A minor, F major and A minor for most of the song. The notes of the C major chord are C-E-G. The notes of A minor are A-C-E. The notes of F major are F-A-C.

Towards the end of the song, the chord sequence changes for a short while and the following chords are played. These chords are Bb major, C major, Bb major, C major, Eb major, Bb major, Eb major. The notes of Bb major are Bb-D-F. The notes of Eb major are Eb-G-Bb.
